ATM deposit not credited
Good day I made a deposit on the 13th via ATM and it took the money without crediting into my account. immediately went inside the branch to get assistance , the floor consultant called the manger for that day to assist me but manager referred me to the consultant so they can log a call. went back to the branch again on the 14 th to check status of the call no help still, the person that I was sending money need that cash for an emergency. the consultant that logged a call did go extra mile to assist but his management or his/her team leader is not taking query as a matter of urgency this took place at FNB POLOKWANE,23 JORISSEN STREET,POLOKWANE. ref no-MXS-***0

as i said this is emergency since Thursday things are falling apart
