ATM deposit _ Money not reflecting

I made an atm deposit last night at the FNB atm deposit machine at the Overport branch. The monies are not reflecting yet and I have contacted the call centre and I am told I need to go to the branch. What is the point of having this function on an ATM machine if these types of inconveniences happen. I have provided the reference number and details as the machine did not print the slip but I have no guidance or feedback.
