Atm Deposit mess

My Husband tried to deposit R8000.00 in my account at an FNB Atm in Estate on the 4/07/18. The arm suddenly stopped counting the money and it took out a slip saying your transaction could not be processed but it did not return the money. We reported at the Fnb Eastgate branch, now Fnb claims that the Atm is serviced by an external third party. And initially we were told that it would take two days to be resolved. I went back on Saturday I get another story that I it takes 7 days. I went today (14/07/18) as 7 days has lapsed, I am told the query has been resolved with out anything being done on it. Mean while my credits are overdue including the Fnb homeloan account. I am disappointed at their ineptness and reluctance to take responsibility. Can I please have my R8800.00 back please!

Frustrated.

FNB Eastgate you are very irresponsible. I got a call from a lady in their branch on Monday, only to be asked to repeat the very same thing we told them when we were at branch. What is the use of reference number if it does not have the details of my query? 9 working days later I am told they are still going to investigate. What were you doing all along? I guess that is why the initial ticket was closed before anything can be done. I hope you will tell your homeloan department that my homeloan account is overdue because you are withholding my R8800.00. Because somebody did not do their job!
