Atm deposit is a problem with fnb
I swear fnb is just getting worse as a bank. I have a small business which makes bi-weekly deposits at the fnb at Clearwater. I can’t use the atm’s cos it takes too long, I can’t go to the tellers because fnb charges 5% fee of which for a small business that’s a fortune. So instead I have to use the auto deposit facility.
Today I made a deposit and the atm literally did not credit my business account. Worse off I must now submit claim forms which take their own time and in my case seeing it’s a weekend now and Monday and Tuesday will be public holidays my case won’t be seen to until Wednesday. How do I survive the long weekend as a small business then.
Fnb is not user friendly for businesses, you are not helping your customers at all. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use fnb for business use. I must find an exit too cos this is not working.
