ATM DEPOSIT HORROR

Made an ATM deposit which was unsuccessful went to the branch got the reference number even today still yet to get my money. When I call fnb they keep transferring me only to tell me I have to go back to the branch... It's not the fist time I'm going through this with fnb on first occasion I never got my money
