ATM DEPOSIR
On the 04 October 2022 (on a Tuesday) I did an ATM deposit, unfortunately my transaction was not successful for some not kown reason by me. I went to Mthatha, York Road branch and I was assisted, and the consultant said that the response will come in 24 hours, Thursday I went back to the branch and was told to wait till I get a repsonse. Today is the 17 October 2022 and FNB has not deposited the funds to the person I was sending them to. I find this very unprofessional and disgusting.
