ATM Conduct

<p>Yesterday at the Car Sutherland Str/ York Rd FNB Main Branch Mthatha ATM. There was no staff member to assist clients that have difficulty operating an ATM machine. With the security guard standing at the entrance shouting at clients asking for his assistance that it was not his duty, in a very rude manner. Then proceeding to assist by shouting out instructions from the doorway, on how to continue with the transaction. So everyone present knew exactly what the person was doing at the ATM. I won't bother explaining my experience of incompetence. I'm just concerned about the elderly been treated in this manner. </p>
