ATM cash withdrawals

I have not received any follow up or feedback from FNB in regards to my previous review that i sen out. On Thursday, I got a call from HelloPeter saying I should sent them a proof of my transactions that I do not know of via email and that was the last time i heard from them. Please advise on what is next, thank you.
