ATM Cash Deposit not refunded
On the 2015.11.21 I went to Tramshed, Pretoria FNB branch to deposit money on the ATM. Wanted to deposit R10 000.00 the machine rejected R100.00 i took it back and decided to deposit R9 900.00, when the machine counted the money instead of the total being R9 900.00 it counted R6 900.00. I cancelled the transaction. Only R6 900.00 came out. <br> <br> Monday 2015.11.23 I went to the branch to complain, Vhutshilo told me it can take up to two weeks for them to investigate and refund my money. Today 2015.12.08 got a call from the branch saying they only got R120.00 surplus from the ATM and they cant refund my money. This is affecting my family`s xmas as i was planning on taking them on a holiday. Frustration is not even a word to how are feel.<br> <br> FNB spoiled my xmas 2015<br> <br>
