ATM CARD CANCELLATION
On the 21/05/15 I receieved an sms from FNB saying that my card has been cancelled. I didn't take it serious because I had no problems with my card or maybe lost it. On the 27/05/15 I called the call centre (Contact Centre) Querying this,I was transferred to Ashmeetha Singh the lady responsible for the cancellation of my card. I was told I called on the 21/05/15 requesting the cancellation time18:22.I never called Fnb on that day . I asked for the manager,Nkosingiphile Bhembe she said she wants to listen to the call first . She did and called back and confirmed that I called on that day.I asked for the recording of that call I was told to go to the branch which I did , the guy who helped me Samuel Ncube I didn't get help but he tried more than 45 minutes (he was showing good customer service) calling different departments.I was late for my meeting @ work I thought I was going to be helped quicker during my lunch break as FNB always promise to give better and faster service.I had to go without being helped not having listened to the recorded call. I need to listen to the recording, the number where call came from. Call ***- I'm really angry about this.
