Atm being serviced unavailable until further notice

<p>Vaal Mall branch -</p> <p>I have a large amount to deposit at the ATM and it is being serviced or so they said but the technition is not on sight yet. Now I have asked the branch manager to waive the bank charges do to the deposit in the bank. Unfortunately they cannot do that. Is this my fault the atm is being "serviced" and I need to take the risk to drive to town do a nother available atm to make my deposit - pathetic service!!!! </p>
