ATM

I tried deposited money into an FNB atm on Tuesday 29 May 2025. But as the atm was processing the funds, the atm gave a message that it was cancelling the deposit. I waited for the ATM to return my notes but it didn't. I rushed into the bank to notify one of the employee's and he gave me a form to fill. He told me to return today (Friday 2 May 2025). I went bank to the bank today but was told funds will reflect by 6pm. Up to now nothing, this means tomorrow again, I have to go to the bank to enquire. One does one have to do to get this matter resolved. It was their faulty atm that failed to run the transaction to completion or return my notes. Very disappointed.
