ATM Atterbury road - ENGEN garage

Actually minus 10 stars. I withdrew money this morning (27/05/2024 around 7 ish) The ATM machine in the Engen garage in Atterbury road, accross Menlyn mall. Aa soon as I did the transaction, the machine pushes out my card and a receipt and the screen shows technical problem. Although my money was reversed into my bank account, they still took the fee for withdrawal. I know it's not a lot of money, but I still want it back. There is no "out of order" sign or any warning that the machine does not work. Imagine 10 persons try to use the ATM. How much money will they make? It is unacceptable.
