ATM at La lucia Mall NO money

<p>I was at La Lucia Mall durban yesterday,i went to the gym and gave my wife my african bank credit card to draw a amount of R150 from the atm as she was also going to withdraw from the atm as we both are FNB card holders and i am Premium holder.....so she used the atm at the bottom of the mall and she withdrew R500 from her FNB credit card, all was well.....she inserted my African bank credit card in and punched in my code and my card comes out and the machine sounded like it was counting the money but the card comes out i get a sms but no money came out...so i called African bank they told me that i must call FNB but so happens it was out of ioffice hours..i called this morning spoke to Disedo Mokhele and she said she cant do nothing due to the card isnt a FNB card...but for ****** hell its your ATM surely she can or someone can see if there wa no money in the ATM at that time...I wont know if the ATM was been jammed at the time..I am absolutley LIVID that this happened and to think i bank with FNB and i use they ATM to withdraw all the time. I am expecting feedback on this asap coz seems to me the staff at FNB call center are useless really!!!</p>
