ATM

So I woke up yesterday morning to go deposit money at the FNB Hlahatsi branch in Katlehong. Got there around 08:45, the atm's were still closed. Decided to wait further seeing that the bank usually opens up at 09:00. 09:00 came and past and the atm's were still not opened. Called the contact centre, spoke to Ellen who said they should be opened but from his side he is uable to assist and transferred me to Erron to whom I laid a formal complaint with. <br> <br> It freaks me out when such things happen, these banks were put there for our convenience. I absolutely despise the fact that just because one stays in a township then one needs to get appauling service. I had to drive a good 10 km to Vosloorus to deposit the money. This might seem petty but it was such an inconvenience. If people don't want to work, they should go work for government and stop messing us around.
