At Wits end with FNB law on call

Fnb law on call. I have a complaint which the manager has been dealing with from last week and this involves something serious. It impacts my daughter's monthly maintenance.

The legal advisors are not trained accordingly and most of them give out. Incorrect information.

The panel attorney messed up my case without communicating with me and agreed to a consent order.

I have sent numeours emails on Friday to the legal advisor Ahtiyya who is dealing with my matter left numerous messages and to date she has not called me.

I am at wits end with fnb I pay for a policy that is resulting in me having to fight with fnb.

Disgusted with the managers response he puts no effort in his work.

I have left numeours messages for Jaco to call me and he has not I have sent him emails etc and no response.
