At which point to do banks acknowledge their clients?

I have been banking with FNB for a good 25 years now. I have had my salary deposited into my FNB account for a solid 18 years. Maths is not my forte but my calculations tell me this is a couple of million Rands that have gone through into their coffers. My first bond was with FNB. Never once have I defaulted on payments. My comment/question on this day....when do banks take the time to appreciate their diligent clients? After banking with them for 10 years I felt I was owed some kind of acknowledgement. Similarly at the 20 year anniversary. And now at 25 years, the bank cannot even hand over a mere R100 (a miniature drop in their ocean I would imagine) to say thank you for being a loyal client. I am speaking for myself here. I don't think I am any more special than any other client, but I sincerely feel I deserve a kind gesture from FNB. 25 years is no small feat - in fact it is exactly half of my entire existence!
