How disappointing! I wrote here on Hellopeter yesterday and standard bank responded with the most insulting response. How can you refer my mother back to the very person who couldn't help her in the first place. Standard bank has refered the case back to the private banker who couldn't assist my mother but instead offered her a loan. A loan? Are you serious? She losses her money and you offer her a loan? How is she supposed to pay back that loan? Her money was taken and money on the overdraft. How is a loan supposed to remedy the situation? I guess I'll be joining my family members as well and close my account with Standard Bank because you don't have any intentions of sorting this matter. You don't care about the consequences of your incompetence. You called my mother and left her in a worse state than before. You are useless and deserve to lose all your business because all you care about is the bottom line and not your clients.

In future contact me and not my mother. I had to rush her to the Dr after a useless intervention from Standard bank.
