@fnb trade route mall service received from lebo was out of this world, she is very helpful and very informative I must say she is really vested in fnb You can tell that she loves her job and her customers and she makes sure a great customer experience is obtained through out, I was watching how she interact with all her clients while we were waiting to be assisted, she very present and alive even when she walks the confidence and love in what she does. Even at the door her welcoming how she receives the clients, with the smile and full of life and when the customers leave she makes sure everyone leaves the branch happy. The support she gives her team members as at some point she was called on different cubicles for assistance and she just helps with her heart. I could say a lot in just 30 minutes that I was there I was only glued to her because of her conduct.. I was also on a customer based industry so a great customer experience is my core when I visit businesses. Big up FNB a well deserved 100%
