At a loss of how to communicate with FNB
I don't even know where to begin anymore with FNB...I'm being harrased daily from legal teams called TSL Legal and now Anthony Richard's and Associates (ARA).
I've sent FNB all my documentation on a monthly bases starting I've been retrenched due to covid. It's been a year and 3 months that I can't find any work and still FNB and ARA harass me daily to make payment with no income.
I'm at a lost of how to communicate with FNB, ARA and TSL Legal to come to some sort of agreement.

12 Oct 2021, 15:27So Faranaaz from FNB calls me yesterday 11 Oct, 2021, explaining that how one's account goes automatically to legal if payments are not made, which I understand...
My circumstance should maybe be a bit different as again I'm unemployed therefore my payments cannot be made, it's almost as if they don't hear that I'm unemployed and can not make any payments.
She then wanted me to call the insurance and find out if I have insurance on my account 😂😂😂 Why is none of my notes on the system for any agent to access and see what really is going on.
Every person that calls me asks me the same questions call on call...
I find this to be so hilarious I've been running around for a year and 3 months being harrased by them and their legal team Anthony Richard's and Associates.
I refuse to call them back why should I waste the airtime I don't really have, they should call me and prioritize my case reference number *** Faranaaz, also she had the audacity to eat in my ear and talk to me like I'm her friend😂😂😂😂
Can someone outside the black whole help and resolve this or should I post everyday for another year...
