Assurer refund
It is really unprofessional of FNB Home Loans to treat me like a stranger not a customer. I sent a query since 2nd of September 2015 and everytime I am told that the refund manager is in a meeting. Today it is the 16 September 2015 and FNB Home Loans can't give me a response to whether I will be refunded my money or not. This is totally wrong guys.
