Assistants who cant really assist

what happens when your private banker goes on leave? In my case I received an autoreply asking me to email an assistant. I have been trying to get my statements ....and was pushed form pillar to post and eventually got it by calling someone else. I require a letter from the bank about my single facility being a bind and current account. It seems public complaint is the only way to get a meaningful response from FNB.
