Assistance with my query please!

Can someone please assist me. Your call centre agents cannot assist me with my query. I have a revolving loan and was retrenched January 2020. I was promised and received SMSes stating that my retrenchment benefit was put into place instead I was now told that my loan is 3 months in arrears. Interest has now been added. This is going to affect my credit record and I am not happy with the service as no one can assist me. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE COMPITANT GET BACK TO ME!!!!!!!!
