Assistance with IRP5 as a former FNB Employee

I am frustrated FNB former employee. For the past days I've trying to get through to HR/Payroll due to the documents required from SARS. The HR contact details that I got, they don't reply to the emails and calls. The Former Employee site gives an error when I input the required details. There is no available contact information on former employee payroll/hr assistance.

Can someone from FNB Branch Banking HR department,please provide an email address or direct contact information on where we can be assisted.

This is so frustrating. All calls made were put to customer service. I need urgent assistance.
