Assistance required with legitimate or not

I received an email form FNB Pension Fund from Momentum. I last worked for the company back in 2014/2015 not sure and then the email states I am eligible to receive a share of reserves held by Risk and Expense Reserve Account from FNB pension fund. Is this legit? Or a ****? Tried to call the number there ********** 550 email ********** , but not going through. Please help me hellopeter.
