ASSISTANCE REQUEST
My husbands Private Banker advised me to send an email to Premier Banking regarding a request I had. The request was personally sent by her and by myself on the 7th of September 2015 and to date I have not had and assistance from Premier Banking. Whats the advantage of being a Premier banking client I wonder, false promises and lies. Would you accept this kind of service being a Premier Banking client I wonder. Im sure the answer would be NO! Also the attitude of call centre is absolutly shocking, is the least I can say
