Assistance needed

Last week Wednesday I went to FNB to seek assistance on my existing cheque account wanting to settle or make arrangements, different departments were called and none answered during my time there. An email was then sent to the relevant department and I was meant await a call for assistance and till today there has been no contact. How does one get assistance from FNB??
