Assistance after complaint on hello Peter

A big thank you to Sunitha Boodhoo at FNB FOREX for assisting with the FOREX part of my complaint and forwarding the rest of my complaint to the correct department. However a big thumbs down to Sememulele Mhlabba from the FNB Retail Service Recovery department who promised to make contact and still hasn't responded despite all relevant information requested being forwarded to her.
