ASSIST CLIENTS SAVE THEIR BONDS

Good day

Thank you for reaching and notifying me about, the failed debit order from the 25th of October 2022 from my Nedbank account.

Just last month I wrote to FNB, explaining to them that at the rate that my bond is growing I can’t keep up because my husband is unemployed since 2020 and from his pension, we paid a lumps Sum to reduce bond so that when I take over my bond is a bit less.

My request was that can I have a fixed interest rate or a form of assistance, the response I received was that my account is in errors of about 3.4k and they can’t assist me until that is sorted out, and I responded to say at the rate things are, I feel my bank is not sympathising or trying to assist.

Every month my bond is a different amount, for the errors I had asked for an extra 1k until they are sorted out.

My salary at most is 27k and looking at this failed debit order it is almost 13k, that more than 50% of my salary.

Can FNB Really assist me, as I have had along standing relationship with them until something comes, an arrangement of some sort.

But in all honestly, I feel like my bank is not bothered at my current position and the way forward is pay.

Kindly contact me on my number *** to see how best we remedy the situation.
