Aspire account promotion

I was informed of a promotion offered by FNB stating that, upon opening an Aspire account, customers with existing loans would receive a payment equivalent to three months' loan instalments. This payment was to be made three months after opening the account.

I subsequently opened an Aspire account as per the promotion's terms. However, when I contacted FNB three months later to inquire about the status of the payment, I was informed that there was no knowledge of such a promotion.
