Asked for reversal on money being taken, there is no debit Mandate on my account for the amounts being taken

Still waiting for debit to be stopped, removed and refunded.

Really bad service cause I asked to be contacted vie e-mail. I have struggeling for a month now. I even phoned Isabella holding on for almost 5 min on my talk time, I attached the proof.

I have no emploment so no income only get some money to pay my need to have policies and phones.

I also have not recived no new products Isbella cause I told them I can't afford it. They took money anyway. 1st of Jan 2026 R288.54 and 24 of Jan 2026 again R144.27. This is *****ing from me, there is no Debit Mandate active for these amounts on my FNB account, so how can FNB let this go off in anyway.

I need this money back it's over R400, my kids bread, milk and lunch box money for the week.
