Ask for a eft refund when you see a fnb card machine - refund functionality doesnt work and it takes 2,5 months of constant follow up to resolve

In May this year done a transaction and refund with a FNB merchant, what a nightmare to get my money back.

Being a loyal customer with FNB for over 10 years now still no refund for interest paid by me for a FNB issue. This is such pathetic service, sending weekly follow up emails and all i get is the run around and week explanations and my request for refund being ignored.

Also still waiting for a longterm solution to make sure this does not happen again but all i have been told is they will train there merchants
