A few weeks ago I lost my phone and there after I cancelled the incontact messages Ashley assisted me by restoring the message service then also assisted me with the restoration of my cellphone banking and there after assited me to download the FNB App.

She also advised me to save money before it is all finished in my aco****. She also changed my monthly fee on my account to make the charges right for me.
