Ashamed to be an FNB client

So I use PayPal on a regular weekly basis and I did a withdrawal on the 16th with the confirmation from fnb with the withdrawal and usually it takes two business days, three days later I am waiting and no one at fnb is able to assist where my money is!!!!!
