As long as you keep on paying FNB don't care!

FNB - How Can We Help You? What a joke. You can start by responding to my queries!

I took out a Home Loan with FNB last year - and after they took what seemed to be forever with the application I was forced into having to take up an interest rate with which I wasn't happy with as I felt my perfect credit record deserved better - however I took it as I would otherwise have lost out on the property due to the dates listed in the terms on the offer to purchase (as there was another buyer in line). They then told me that if I felt that I deserved a better interest rate - I can reply for a rate review every 6 months, which I have since done. However after my previous application I was informed that my \overall risk hasn't improved enough"- this after I paid off 35% of a 360-month loan in just 20-months?! I then asked for an explanation of this from the head of pricing - a week ago. After not receiving feedback a few days later on I forwarded the same mail again on Tuesday. Again - no response. Forwarded it again on Wednesday. And again on Thursday. Then they rep**** and said that the head of pricing was going to call me that same afternoon. Also never happened. Avoid FNB..."""
