as inconvenient as possible

Congratulation FNB for making banking as inconvenient as they possibly can. FNB brag about how simply and easy their online banking is but what they dont tell you is that to use online banking you have waste time and petrol driving to a FNB ATM just to activate it. not email verification, not a OTP. not FNB they certainly wont make it that simple.

i then drove to a FNB branch to do an EFT as that would have been simpler but once again FNB make it completely inconvenient. i had to wait to be assisted by Mandla (who refused to give me his full name), i asked to do an EFT. this was clearly misheard as Mandla continued to try use online banking after i repeated i just wanted to do an EFT. again he refused to help me and so i walked away. while leaving i was mouthed off to yet when i spoke i was completely ignored by Mandla and his manager. i've dealt with chickens more attentive and competent then FNB staff.

thank goodness Fabian, the single competent staff member on duty was there to actually provide assistence.

i have to commend FNB, it takes alot of dedication to continuously be this useless. Banking has never been as difficult since switching to FNB.

again "how we help you?" well you clearly cant help at all
