Arrogant Home loans consultant

I am really disappointed and left to feel like less of a human by your home loans arrears consultant Wisani Maswanganye in the way he DISMISSED my concern. I contacted FNB via App chat to query that a number *** constantly calling as saying its FNB (I do know the Home loans number) to make arrangements for my; which have already been made. Wisani told me "Lets rather focus on your arrears" without even trying to sound interest in doing his job. This is why people are reluctant to contact their service provider to enquire about possible ****s because of the condescending attitude given by the company's "trust" consultants. I have been with FNB for so long and I have never received such from FNB for all these years.
