Arrogant FNB Debt Collectors

To whom this may concern. Last year I battled to find a job for more than 7 months i have tried on numerous occasions to contact FNB Loan department just to atrange regarding payment on my FNB loan. In the end it was a losing battle this year Oct only their legal collections phone me regarding my loan at first they listened tbey we're generous i made my payment as arranged.

Today I received a call from an arrogant women at the company Richards kaart collections or something like that my true call picked up the number as Standard Richard Kaart. She told me she wants an arrangement for no later than Thursday the more I tell her i cannot promise payment the more she keeps on and say okay she will make a note that i refuse to pay and that I will only pay next year January so I played her game back by also been rude and arrogant and i told her if FNB can assist theor customers when they are jobless and still trying to arrange payment they way they are quick to throw you with a personal loan then maybe things will go beter.

I told her if Thursday is to late then today is also too late and i dropped the phone in her ear and blocked the number. + ********** 4000
