Arrogant...! Fnb Bank am so depressed
On 05 January Tuesday 2021 I visited Fnb located in Johannesburg Main Street and request a chargeback/reversal that was debited by Axsure insurance R2070.05 and On 08 Thursday I chat with them via their Fnb App and they still point my service provider Axsure and Axsure insurance point Fnb bank. I regrets being a client with arrogant people (Fnb bank) several times I have been begging for their help to revers my money from Axsure insurance. I explain my reason Axsure insurance understand & Fnb is still arrogant. The money suppose to transport my daughter back home before schools re-open

13 Jan 2021, 17:17On 12 January 2021 Tuesday I visited Fnb branch again the one located in Elloff street and I was welcomed by Mrs Lindiwe Mzobe and she connect me with Thando Didiza a call center. My chargeback/reversal issues was fixed within five minutes. Thanks very much to Lindiwe Mzobe and her colleague Thando Didiza they deserve a five star
