Arrogance by FNB Housing

I recently app**** for further loan on my bond with FNB Housing Finance and the application was successful. They sent an instruction to the attorneys to register the bond. The attorneys sent a list of requirements to make a successful registration and one of those requirements was to have a property protection cover with a certain amount. I realized that the new bond agreement does not show the property protection plan cover amount as opposed to the initial agreement. I then requested FNB to amend the agreement to reflect the cover amount. FNB sent back the 'amended' bond agreement. I was shocked to see the agreement come back as before, nothing changed. This angered me because FNB think I'm a fool who is just gonna sign anything. I may need the money but I'm not desperate. FNB Housing has poor service, you have to call them time and again to get updates and they only act when you call, not to mention long holding periods. This kind of service is not appreciated. Is this how you treat your premium account holder? How difficult is it to change just one paragraph? To me this is just pure arrogance or laziness.
