Arrears that I don't understand
Again, I am struggling with FNB. I completed mt debt counselling, and the documents were sent to FNB on the 27/07/2027 and I was told it take 5 working days for the new premium to be calculated. now I'm being told I'm in arrears with R476.91 which no one seems to know where that amount comes from, even their collections department can't explain to me.
I need someone to tell me where is the R476.91 coming from ASAP. Please call me on ***.
