Arrears due to FNB not doing their job

I was phoned with regards to a R200 outstanding on my homeloan. I was not aware of the increase taking effect on the 1 of December as I WAS NOT INFORMED by FNB. Does FNB staff have so much time on their hands that they will bother you about R200 in arrears but they cannot contact you in regards to increases. Let me guess. The person who phoned me in regards to the arrears will result to levies accrued vs. the person who did not phone me about the increase allows the person phoning me about the arrears to do their job.
