Arrears charged without permission on cellphone banking app when not in arrears
<p>when buying prepaid electricity on the FNB banking app I have noticed that "arrears" have been subtracted the last three times. I am not in arrears with FNB nor with the municipality. These arrears were taken off without my permission and without any prior arrangement. I would like to know how this is allowed. </p>
