Arrears arrangements

FNB NEH....... THE AMOUNT OF STRESS I HAVE BEEN THROUGH AND IS STILL GOING THROUGH BECAUSE OF FNB.

I have a bond with them, when realizing my finance are about to give me issues I reached out to my bank and asked them to review my interests. After paying for 5 years without ever missing a payment it was declined,i asked for a payment holiday and it was declined. I reached out to Hellopeter for the first time and it took them ages to get back to me and when they did all they cared about is their money. I then missed one payment, the only thing they cared about was how they would get their money back. I was offered a special arrangement to pay extra on my bond every month increasing the amount I'm already struggling to pay. I couldn't agree with that at the time and it meant everyday phone calls. I missed a second payment because I'm already struggling to pay as they refused to review my interests. I sent an email to one of their consultants asking them to go ahead with the special arrangement before missing my second payment and no one got back to me.

I spoke to FNB yesterday and explained that I'm dealing with depression and anxiety and would like them to stop calling me and that I would like to reach an agreement with them to R8000 as that's all I can afford in 18 months so that I don't have my son's home take from us and they refused. Every time I try FNB refuses and they want me to agree to their terms. I'm the one going through financial difficulties and I'm trying to make payments so the calling can stop but nothing seems to be working.

I don't know what to do with FNB or how to handle the situation anymore. My health is getting worse and the fear I have in me as I'm being told my account will be handed to the legal DEPARTMENT.

FNB PLEASE HELP ME OUT BEFORE I LOOSE MY SON'S HOME AND MY MIND, I'M BEGGING YOU PLEASE
