Arrears amount on Prepaid Electricity - FNB
We moved into a new house in December and have been buying electricity without any problems . Yesterday 2 February 2020 at about 15:19 I bought R 500 Electricity . I immediately received the following response:
Arrears: R 355.00 , I got a FNB and Municipality reference number . Reference numbers can be given if requested.
It only gave me R 145 Electricity that was 71 units
I am not sure what this is and why this happened , But I want this to be sorted as soon as possible .
