arrangements not kept

<br> good day i contacted fnb loans they stated i need a confirmation from barrett legal to sort this mess out. please note on the 9th of july i received the following sms : This confirms your payment arrangement re FNB Loan. The 1st payment of R500.00 is due on 2015/07/31. Barrett & Assc *** Ref: please could you be so kind as to contact fnb loans and get my funds returned to me. further this on the 24th of june i recieved this sms as well :MR NAUDE. ONE-OFF OFFER!! Pay R4865.57 to settle your FNB Loan of R7832.7, payable over 3 Months. Call Barrett & Assc on ***. ***. so therefore i have the following options available to you. you can keep the R500 installment for the month and pay me back the balance or you can take R1622 for the first installment on the 3 month arrangement. and pay me back the difference. i need these funds to sustain me till i get another salary in as i am currently unemployed. they debited R6266.14 from me without consent. fnb legal and barrett and associates bith deqling with the same account? how do i make arrangements if fnb does not keep to the arrangements i make many thanks
