Arrangement with Brooks & Luyt, not held

Good day, FNB I made a payment arrangement with Brooks & Luyt to payment R 2,511.00 and my account would be settled? I made a payment on the 21 July 2020, however, the amount is still there and you have changed my interest. Please clear my account, with immediate effect.
