Arrangement for change of debit date.

I went into FNB Three Rivers Branch to try and make an arrangement for my personal loan debit to go off on the last day of the month just for this month and after being send from pillar to post and phoning over 8 numbers NO one could help me. I have been banking with FNB since I was a teen but the poor service I received (or rather did not receive) today was just pathetic. I left the bank after being there for almost 2 hours and I still had not gotten what I needed. How hard can this possibly be!!!!????<br> <br> I called Nedbank to make the same arrangement for my car paymnet and I was done within 10 minutes. I am seriously considering changing banks.
