ARN transaction pending for 3 months

I have been waiting for an ARN transaction to clear for 3 months now. The international payment has still not cleared and my broker has been showing excellent service to get ahold of FNB but with no luck due to client confidentiality. When I try to contact their help desk I'm changed from one agent to another like I'm a Mary-go-round they failed to even explain to me why my funds have not reflected. It is so sad to compare between the services being offered by my broker (excellent) and the service I'm receiving from one of the leading banks in Africa (shameful). Until to day I can't get information as to when my money will clear or if it will ever clear. Do not trust this bank when doing international transactions, I repeat do not trust them.
