ARN number, Forex payment

I wrote a review a week ago to voice out my grievance at this institution, as I have a pending payment made by my broker to my account. FNB still hasn't released my funds. I am quite surprised that there seems to be no one who has a clue on what's going on. All I hear is never ending apologies, and no action.

I still have not gotten a resolution to date. The company promised to resolve the issue in "24 to 48 hours". Seems like these guys are big on over promising and under delivering, for goodness sake can someone at FNB please help me!! This business needs to get the right people in these positions, FNB may have been good in the past but they're now clearly hiring chaff.

If management is listening please separate the grain from the chaff and save your company these people are turning what was once a strong diesel engine back into a rolling steam engine. As I am writing this their online banking is down, I can't view my account. There's a confluence of dead weight and inefficiency in every direction!!!
